Linda Leopold is an independent strategic advisor, author, and public speaker specializing in AI transformation and responsible technology adoption.

Previously, she held senior AI leadership roles at H&M Group for seven years, where she established the company’s Responsible AI program and spearheaded initiatives in Digital Ethics. She has been recognized as a thought leader in the field, named by Forbes as one of nine “Inspirational Women Leaders in AI Shaping the 21st Century.” Linda Leopold is a frequent public speaker on AI and ethics, as well as a regular contributor to MIT Sloan Management Review’s expert panel on Responsible AI.

Before her role at H&M Group, Linda Leopold worked as an innovation strategist at the intersection of fashion and technology. With a background in media, she was formerly Editor-in-Chief of the critically acclaimed fashion and culture magazine, Bon, and has authored two non-fiction books. She has also been a columnist for Scandinavia’s largest financial newspaper. As a creative side project, she explores AI-generated art.
